Following the success of her beloved La Rose Patisserie and Champagne Poetry Patisserie, Dan has infused her food with vibrant creations and delightful pink ambiance that reflects her unique personality. Now, with the opening of her first restaurant in Nob Hill, she honors her family's legacy by serving delectable Chinese Japanese dishes, reigniting the flavors and traditions that once thrived in her grandmother’s and mother’s restaurants Join us as we celebrate food, love, and creativity in every bite!

About Our Chef

Our head Chef and sole-owner, Dan Bian, combines her Parisian Asian culinary expertise with deep passion for Asian fusion food and wine, now serving the Portland community. With training from esteemed patisserie legends Cedric Grolet and Johan Martin, Dan’s commitment to excellence is evident in every product. We invite you to experience our delightful bakery on Hawthorn or visit our Asian fusion lounge in Nob Hill a taste of sophistication.
