In February 2019, we opened our very first shop in Beaverton. Our goal was to provide everyone with an exciting alternative to traditional pastry options by introducing a unique venture into the uncharted territories of dessert.

Our Head Chef and sole-owner, Dan Bian, has always been a lover of sweets. That passion inspired her to go to Le Cordon Bleu in Portland, eventually training with patisserie legends like Cedric Grolet and Johan Martin.
Her ambition and dedication are obvious. With just a small team, she's been able to establish a new hotspot for Portland locals.
We specialize in modern French-Asian Fusion desserts and strive to use only the world’s finest ingredients. We make use of chocolate and fruit purees from France, vanilla beans from Tahiti and Madagascar, and coffee beans from all over.
